If you’ve spotted a jackalope hopping across our website, you’ve met Jack.
Local legend says Jack A. Lope first appeared in the American West during a spectacular summer lightning storm. After roaming the frontier for years, he eventually made his way to Spokane, the Lilac City, where neighbors still look out for one another.
He liked what he found here: a welcoming community and a credit union built on the idea of people helping people.
These days, Jack serves as our unofficial Promotions Director, popping up around the site to share a little fun.
Some say jackalopes are just a tall tale.
Around here, we know better! 🐇

Dog Days Donation Drive
We are feeling so much gratitude for our Spokane community! THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by last week to drop off donations for the pets. With your help, we were able to bless SpokAnimal with dog and cat food, toys, kitty litter, and treats! Not to mention - a whole lot of love. We truly believe in "people helping people," and that extends to pets, too. 💚
We couldn't have done it without you!

People Helping People @ SCCU
One of our very favorite principles as a credit union is people helping people. Check out this video that celebrates the spirit of giving that made a real difference throughout the Spokane community this past year. That's a wrap for last year and we're on to the next!
